Your tasks

  • Build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Accompany them and help them successfully introduce, expand and use our solution.
  • Attend and lead customer workshops to identify potentials.
  • Actively shape, build and improve the solution and incorporate your ideas in an agile project.
  • Present and discuss your ideas and results with customers.

  • An innate passion for creating great digital solutions and helping customers through them

  • Versatility and communication skills, interact with customers in stand-ups and workshops
  • Eagerness to learn and master yourself

We expect from a Customer Enabler

  • Completed education at a university or college
  • 3 years of work experience in selling, preselling, introducing, or consulting digital solutions
  • IT and software savviness
  • Broad basic knowledge in enterprise software systems (ERP, CRM, warehouse management, planning in general)
  • Experience in data and interface integration
  • Excellent English skills
